Scrapi Traci Teen Camp Girls
I had my first Teen Scrapbook Camp this week, 10:30 - 3:30 p.m., Monday - Wednesday. What a great time I had with these wonderful girls! It is so much fun for me to see each of their faces in concentration working on these scrapbook projects and their excitement over their finished projects. They are each like "little me's". Well, not so little, since each of them are almost as tall as me.
The funniest thing was their stamina. We got so much done and more . . . a memory box, two of two different cards, a binder book with fabulous cover, a journal, and two fancy bookmarks! Whew, it was hard to keep up with them. Although we would take lunch breaks and mini-active breaks on the trampoline, it was right to work for these teens. On the last day I offered to make smoothies in the afternoon but they said, "that will take too long, let's scrapbook". Girls right after my own heart!! Love teaching them young . . .

"Swap" Cards
One of the fun things at Convention is swapping cards with fellow CTMHers. Here is the card I made to swap, using the Zippadee Level 2 Paper, chocolate ribbon, "So Happy" and "Atomic Lowercase" stamp sets, Honey and Indian Corn Blue cardstock, and Indian Corn Blue ink. Coming tomorrow, a Photo Bucket slideshow of all the cards I collected . . .

Getting Ready for Convention
I was excited to attend my first Close To My Heart Convention at Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center. A tradition at Convention is bringing gifts for your roommates and fellow team members. So fun to create my own cute "NOTES" pad and matching pen using the Splendor paper, coordinating cardstock, designer brads and Moonstruck ink (one of my favorite colors). For the team gifts, I blinged out pink and green martini and margarita glasses with CTMH's Bitty Sparkles and added some fun contents!
Convention Survival Kit
So thrilled to receive this fabulous "Convention Survival Kit" from The Paper Princess, Michelle Auten. LOVE it!!! Thanks Michelle - it got me through every exciting and exhausting minute of Convention!
