Success with Emerick Elementary PTO 3rd Annual Crop

My Make 'N Take for the event. I choose the Typeset paper packet since it was fitting that we were in a school for the day.  The banners, stars, file folder label, ticket and "STAR" letters are all cut from the CTMH Art Philosophy cartridge and stamped with coordinating stamp sets, "Vintage Type" and "Blue Ribbon". We made barn stars with a scoring board  which are quick and adorable, and finished the layout off with my new favorite CTMH product, Baker's Twine.

Twenty-eight croppers, up from 14 last year

Super scrappers hard at work
It was a busy but really fun day yesterday being both an organizer and vendor at my daughter's Emerick Elementary PTO's 3rd Annual Scrapbook Crop.  We went from 15 croppers to 28 this year and received incredible support from area businesses with fabulous door prizes and raffles. Croppers received a delicious egg casserole and sweet breads from local restaurant and caterer, Round Hill's Savoir Fare; coffee from McDonald's; lunch from Wegman's; dinner was pizza from Vocielli's and a giant tossed salad from Purcellville's Main Street Wings.  Snacks were baked goods from Emerick volunteers and a delicious "scrapbook" cake from local resident Pam Grimard.  What a success - we raised nearly $1400 for the school!
