Sweet Layouts for Afterschool Activity Program Class

I just started teaching a "Scrapbooking with Scrapi Traci" Afterschool Activity Program Class for my daughter's Elementary School.  I feel fortunate to have such a great group of girls in both my Monday and my Tuesday classes.  By the end of the session, each student will receive a 12" x 12" red chipboard album, paper protectors and should have nine themed pages that will just need the perfect pictures!!
The girls really enjoyed making this first page of their album using the Sweetheart papers, Cotton Candy and Gypsy cardstock.  Each student had the opportunity to emboss the initial of their first name, learn to make a flower from CTMH's new pink pompom ribbon with fun pink opaques in the center, thread a button with waxy flax, and use Liquid Glass to adhere ribbon.  Using the heat tool was a big hit!!!

This is the first two-page layout that we started in this first class using the Wings Paper Packet, Vineyard Berry and Juniper Cardstocks, the "Take A Picture" stamp set, sweet leaf ribbon, colonial white brad and hinges, Vineyard Berry and Juniper ink, and the 1 1/4" circle punch.  The kids will learn ribbon techniques and how to adhere brads and hinges!
