Scrapi Kid's Projects Extraordinaire

Here are some of the projects my Scrapi Kid's campers did this week. Above and below, we used Modge Podge to adhere scrapbook paper and girls come up with their own clever designs!

One day we worked on cards as our project and I was so impressed by both the above card and the one below  with "consider yourself hugged". Loved their creativity!

Here is a CTMH's My Creations Card box project we did another day.  Again, just love seeing their own individual styles!

Scrap-a-razi!!

Here are some of my super fun Scrapi girls from this year's Kid's Summer Camp. They were calling me Scrap-a-razi for all the pictures I took of them all week!!

Artiste 3-D Projects A Hit with Scrapi Kids

Today is the last day of a week long Scrapi Traci Kid's Summer Camp that I offer every summer!  This year I had twelve girls from 2nd grade all the way up to 7th grade participating.  Each morning we put together two scrapbook layouts, then work on our own pages and finish the morning with a project.  For today's project, they each got to pick out one of the awesome 3-D Objects from the NEW Cricut Artiste Cartridge Collection.  

I have raving reviews from my Scrapi kids for this new cartridge. We spent hours putting together several of the cool new creations.  Check out my Scrapi girls below - Stephanie and Callie - with their Artiste "mailboxes".  Just love how they even (all on their own) came up with a stand for their mailboxes!  Fabulous!!!

Sip 'N Scrap Class

I am excited to have my first Sip 'N Scrap at downtown Purcellville's Above Ground Winery-Tasting Room on Wed., May 2, 7 p.m. We will scrapbook the enclosed wine-themed layout and wine tag. The cost of the class is $25 which includes all the supplies, snacks and the first glass of wine! Wine and scrapbooking - it doesn't get any better than that!!

"Lasso A Stamp Set" CTMH Convention Contest Entry

I am so excited to attend my third Close To My Heart Convention this July 12 - 14 in Dallas, Texas.  To date, we have sixteen people coming from our Get Fancy and Scrapi Sisters Team so it will be a fabulous time!  I'm especially excited about all the new fun crafting time we will have this year.  It definitely will be a can't miss event so if you are not registered yet, what are you waiting for?

Following is my contest entry for the "Lasso A Stamp Set" Contest.  Our only requirement was to use the enclosed "Stars Shine Bright" postcard.  Since I'm completely and utterly obsessed with the new National Scrapbook Month promotional kit, "Dotty For You", I had to use these papers to create my layout.  My Fall Pumpkin Carving pictures went perfectly with the kit colors and it was a nice fun change from the usual Fall papers!  I'm thrilled with how it turned out!

With the "Dotty For You" papers, I also used CTMH Dimensional Elements Notable Alphabet, Stars, and Persnickety Journaling Spots - all coordinating beautifully with my Cricut Art Philosophy shapes.  I also used our fabulous new Baker's Twine and finished the layout off with both Sunset and Lagoon Mini-Medley Collection pieces.
